Ecological equilibrium refers to the ecosystem within a certain amount of time between the biological and environmental and biological species achieves highly adapt to each other, coordinate and unified state through material recycle and energy flow, information transmission. That is, when the ecosystem is in equilibrium, the components of the system are proportional to each other, the input and output of energy and material tend to be equal over a long period of time, structure and function are in a relatively stable state. At present, most automobile interior decoration components contain a certain amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC). These volatile substances are released when the temperature reaches a certain height, some will form fog and condense on the windshield which will affect the driver's vision. Some produce unpleasant smells, even causing headaches, dry coughs and allergies, which can be harmful.

 

Reforming the automobile environment should prevent and control pollution at source. To create a healthy, comfortable and environment-friendly car space, the fundamental need is technological innovation. The low VOC ceiling developed by our company is to solve the environmental pollution problem in our car as soon as possible, laid a foundation for improving the technical level of automobile interior decoration and has a great significance to promote the development of vehicle environmental pollution detection and control technology in China.

 

Eight organic volatiles in VOC meet the following criteria: benzene≤15ug/m3, methylbenzene ≤250ug/ m3, ethylbenzene≤95ug/ m3, xylene≤125ug/ m3, phenylethylene≤30ug/ m3, methyl aldehyde≤120ug/m3, acetaldehyde≤70ug/m3, acraldehyde≤80ug/m3.They are far below the domestic recommended GB/ t27630-2011 standard. Water absorption, atomization and thermal conductivity can meet the market requirements.
